2. Which data we process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself or that is necessary for the functioning of the website:

  • Contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number.
  • Preference details: interests you indicate (location, property type, budget) when completing forms.
  • Communication content: messages you send to us via the contact or enquiry forms.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry or performing a service you have requested (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending information you have requested, such as brochures, guides and project updates (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Measuring how the website is used in order to improve it (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We never sell data to third parties. We share data exclusively with processors that help us deliver our services, on the basis of a data processing agreement:

  • Google (Analytics, Ads): website statistics and campaign measurement.
  • Microsoft (Clarity): anonymised usage behaviour for improving the website.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): campaign measurement via the Conversions API.
  • Resend: sending transactional email (confirmations, brochures).
  • Firebase (Google Cloud): storage of lead data in our backend.
  • Calendly: scheduling appointments that you book yourself.
  • Cloudflare: security and bot protection.

Some of these parties are established outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

5. Retention period

We retain lead data for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer or you request its deletion sooner. Anonymised statistics may be retained for a longer period.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the data we process about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing or object to it;
  • receive your data in a common format (data portability);
  • withdraw any consent previously given, at any time.
